Handling Food Hygienically 4N1119

The purpose of this level 4 QQI award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to prepare and handle food safely and hygienically, in compliance with regulation, legislation and current best practice. Scheduled as per group requirements.

Successful candidates will receive a QQI level 4 certificate

Food Safety & HACCP 5N5266

The purpose of this level 5 QQI award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence in the regulations and practices that underpin food safety and the principles and practices underpinning the implementation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
