Experienced senior leader with over 25 years’ expertise in operations management, people leadership and contract and relationship management across a range of sectors, including financial services, utilities, government, FMCG and BPO. JulieAnn has been part of the FRS Group since 2021 and has held the role of General Manager at FRS Training and Turas Nua since 2023
With a strong interest in psychology, coaching and psychotherapy, she combines commercial acumen with a people-focused leadership style. She holds a degree from Dublin Business School, alongside diplomas in coaching and psychotherapy.
JulieAnn has overall responsibility for FRS Training & Turas Nua, leading strategic direction and operational performance, while fostering a culture centred on growth, continuous learning and delivering exceptional client service.
