Holding a Bachelor of Business in Marketing with PR and Event Management, along with an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management, she brings a strong academic foundation to her role. Rosemary is actively involved in delivering certified programmes such as Safe Pass and First Aid Response, while collaborating with organisations including local authorities and regional partnerships.
She is also passionate about promoting safety awareness, leading initiatives such as Tractor Safety Training in secondary schools across Ireland to support the development of lifelong safety practices within farming communities.
