She has played a key role in overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and high standards across all training programmes. Linda is highly proficient in a broad range of computer applications and systems and demonstrates exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational excellence
