ATV / Quad Bike Training

ATV’s / Quad Bikes are a useful and multipurpose vehicle used for transport, spraying and spreading.

We provide an accredited QQI level 5 All Terrain Vehicle  (ATV) Operations (5N1752) training course, covering operations, loading and health & safety.

This QQI ATV (Quad) training course is in line with the regulations governing the safe use of ATV/Quad Bikes in all workplaces (SI 619/2021) that came into effect on 20 November 2023.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a QQI level 5 award certificate. 

A QQI certificate has NO expiry/renewal date. 

Duration: 2 days

Entry Requirements: Candidates must be over 16 years of age and will require a good command of the English language with a good level of numeracy and literacy.

Assessment: Skills Demonstration: 60% Examination – Theory: 40% Credit Value:5

Training Materials: All learning material will be provided to you for the duration of the course and you will be registered for certification though our centre.

Certification: Successful applicants will receive a QQI level 5 minor award in All Terrain Vehicle Operations. QQI Certificate has no expiry date.

Transfer & Progression: Successful completion of this component award enables the learner to transfer to programmes leading to other certificates where this component is a mandatory or an elective requirement.
