Learning Solutions Architect with five years’ experience in instructional design and digital learning development. Proinsias specialises in creating structured, outcomes-driven eLearning solutions aligned with adult learning principles and compliance requirements.

He has strong expertise in digital content production, developing high-quality interactive learning experiences using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud and Vyond. His technical knowledge spans key learning technologies including xAPI, SCORM, mobile learning and emerging VR/AR applications.

Proinsias also brings experience in AI-enhanced learning design, using technology to personalise learner journeys, improve engagement and optimise performance through intelligent feedback and automation. He holds a BSc in Digital Design and Technology, alongside further qualifications in Computer Science and Web Design.
