We provide bespoke eLearning services to our clients. Our team of Instructional Designers, eLearning Specialists and Digital Media Creators will work with you to create eLearning courses with high-quality multimedia content, varied modes of assessment, gamification, and learner support to enhance learning in an engaging way ensuring a positive learning experience.

About our eLearning courses:

Each course is specifically designed to meet the needs of our clients. All courses go through the following development process:

Discovery: We will work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to gather relevant, and company specific information required to building eLearning courses. Company branding, applicable processes and procedures, job titles and any other relevant information can be included.

Learning Design: Once we have all of the required subject matter, a dedicated eLearning Specialist will work with our Instructional Design team to create a roadmap for the course. This design includes planning of course modules, digital assets, knowledge checks and assessments.

Storyboard: The Instructional Designer will take the content and design documentation to inform the creation of the eLearning course. Voice over scripts, resource files and storyboards are created during this phase.

Production: All of the technical aspects of the course are handed over to the Digital Asset Creator who will work to record the relevant videos and animations. These digital assets form part of the course that is then built info a SCORM package suitable for integration with the LMS.

Launch: The course is uploaded to the LMS and users and user groupings are applied to the course. Pass/fail rates, email reminders, certificates are set up at this stage ready for launch.

QA checks are carried out at each stage to ensure the course aligns with the requirements of the client. Further versions may be required as the project progresses.
