Since its launch, FLEX has become an essential component of our training delivery – streamlining development pathways, expanding access to training, and ensuring that every learner receives the right content at the right time.

While FLEX is used widely across FRS Training, it has also been a game-changer for Turas Nua, Ireland’s Social Recruitment and Training Partner. The platform plays a key role in supporting Turas Nua’s mission to provide tailored training to jobseekers, helping people move closer to employment and build brighter futures.
From upskilling professionals to equipping people with industry-ready qualifications, FLEX is now embedded in how we teach, learn, and grow across the FRS Co-Op.
